Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email, conversation topic, and message. Company and role are optional. We use these details to respond, discuss potential services, and keep a record of our conversation. Providing them is voluntary; without an email address and message, we cannot respond through the form.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information, confidential client material, passwords, or other information that is unnecessary for an initial conversation.
How the website and form work
Render hosts the website and contact service. Cloudflare provides web delivery and protection in the hosting path. Form submissions pass through the Render contact service and are delivered to our Proton Mail inbox. These providers process the information needed to provide their services. Hosting and security systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details, and request times.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves requests from your browser to Google. The interactive assessment uses fictional examples; it does not scan your company's systems. Form drafts stay in the current page until you send them or leave the page. If direct sending is unavailable and you choose “Continue in email,” your email app opens a draft for you to send.
Our purposes and use
We use inquiry information for the conversation you requested and to operate and protect this website. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or an automated marketing campaign. The website does not use advertising pixels or an audience analytics tool, and its own code does not set tracking cookies. Infrastructure providers may use technologies needed for delivery and security.
Where UK or European data protection law applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to relevant business inquiries and securing our website, and on steps requested before entering a contract where applicable. We do not use this form to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects through automated processing.
Retention
For inquiries that do not become client engagements, we delete the inquiry correspondence within 12 months after the last contact. Client records are handled according to the engagement and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information needed to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute may be kept longer for that purpose.
The contact service keeps temporary submission identifiers, keyed digests, timestamps, and delivery states to limit abuse and avoid duplicates. Entries older than 24 hours are removed when the service next processes a valid submission. This record does not contain message text. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider's retention processes.
